Job Overview: As a Chimney Repair Technician Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Chimney Sweeps and Repair Technicians to master the skills required for chimney repairs, masonry work, and installations. You'll learn how to perform chimney relining, install wood-burning appliances, install gas fireplaces and logs, and conduct masonry repairs. This role involves applying industry standards, safety practices, and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness to handle equipment, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with basic hand and power tools.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in construction, masonry, or related trades is a plus but not required.
