Assistant Route Sales Supervisor

Saturday; Split days off (Wednesday and Sunday)Start time: Approximately 3:00 am What You Will Be Doing: Train Route Sales Professionals in all aspects of route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.Communicate with all Route Sales Professionals to assist them in understanding the expectations of the customer and consumer.Assist account team in communicating promotional activity, delivery expectations and growth opportunities.Assist management in ensuring that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with contract terms and requirements.Assist with accounts and customers relations to include selling of new products, chain relations, and space/position gains.Assist in route support if coverage is neededSolicit potential new business and perform special projectsMarket BBU as leader in the baking business to assist in recruiting.Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the SupervisorAssist in sales center maintaining word class statusSupport with POS assembly and distribution to the front line for in market execution
Position Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.Must have a valid driver s license with a safe driving record.Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity.Ability to multi-task.Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
