Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Retail Project Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting priority initiatives led by our Wholesale Retail Concepts team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, documentation, and accountability, with a proven ability to navigate complex project schedules and moderate cross-functional meetings.
Key Responsibilities:


Provide project planning and management support for priority initiatives within the Wholesale Retail Concepts team.
Assist in the development and documentation of project briefs.
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all cross-functional team deliverables are met.
Schedule, moderate, and recap project meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Prepare and deliver weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly project status reports.
Maintain the adidas branded environments database, including store locations, fixture types, and quantities.
Manage project folder structures and content to ensure organized documentation.
Support the development of presentation content and related documentation.
Facilitate the development and documentation of team operating procedures.
Ensure alignment and management of deliverables for seasonal go-to-market milestones.
Assist in planning retail concept team meetings, team-building activities, and development plans.

Desired Experience:


Proven experience working in a matrixed organization.
Extensive experience in project management, including documentation and upholding accountability.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk recognition and escalation.
Ability to build and manage complex project workback schedules.
Experience moderating cross-functional project meetings.
Proficiency in organizing and working with extensive data.

Qualifications:


Relevant project management experience with a track record of successful project execution.
