In addition, they will schedule, track and maintain learning records and activities. The L&D Specialist will aim to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth, which helps bridge skill gaps and drive organizational success.responsibilities: Create and acquire training guides and course materials.Assist with developing training programs to fulfill specific capability needs.Facilitate training programs in person and through virtual methods.Plan and schedule internal and external hosted training activities in partnership with the facilitator.Partner with Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator on uploading content, attendance tracking and reporting.Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessments, and retraining requirements to drive insights on course effectiveness and participationMaintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.Perform other related duties as required.skills/qualifications required: Bachelor s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 2 years' experience performing training-related functions requiredMeticulous project management and communication skillsAbility to communicate across levels to support the development of training programsAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentposition location: Chicago, ILreports to: Learning & Development Managertravel requirements: Up to 15%exempt/nonexempt: Exemptfairlife, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
