Learning Environment Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Education Business Growth Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the K-12 market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing sales leads. With a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000, a variable commission plan that pays up to $25,000 at quota, and comprehensive benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and experience in the K-12 education market to take their career to the next level.
About the Role:
• Research and leverage industry tools to discover potential leads within K-12 school districts and public libraries
• Build relationships with Superintendents, Principals, Architects, Designers, Owners Representatives, Library Directors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
• Develop sales leads by cultivating opportunities for evolving learning environments (furniture, supplies, equipment, etc.) and assessing client requirements
• Partner with the Inside Sales Specialist for your territory to collaborate on prospecting and networking strategies to maximize the potential of your territory
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a hunting sales role with a proven track record of success
• Strong relationships and experience working with K-12 education markets
• Familiarity with learning environments, furniture, and supplies
