Learning and Development Coordinator

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.
- Work within ADP
Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
