Join us to bring the gift of health to life.Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:Drive innovation strategy and roadmap for select Nature Made need statesLead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative new products guiding pre discovery, discovery and concept validation processes and ensuring seamless technical and commercial hand-offs for executionPartner with Insights & Analytics, Brand Marketing, Science and R&D to develop a robust innovation roadmap for assigned need states in support of the brands ambitious growth plansPartner with Brand Marketing and Retail Sales to ensure innovation / new products are commercially viable and support as needed to deliver launchesFoster a culture of continuous discovery and experimentation through research and exploration to identify novel ingredients, formulations, and technologies to enhance the Nature Made portfolio of productsThe ideal candidate has at least eight years of business experience with a minimum of four years in innovation-related roles. In addition, they will have worked in the consumer packaging goods (CPG) industry for at least four years.
They have proven success in creating, developing, and launching innovation in the market. They will have strong financial acumen and have exceptional team leadership experience.You'll be most successful in this role if you have:Proven success in creating, developing and launching innovation in market.Proven ability to connect with consumers and distill insightsDemonstrated scientific aptitude with proven experience translating complex scientific concepts into compelling consumer-facing ideasStrong business acumen with ability to design strategy and translate to execution.Ability to analyze, synthesize and action on complex data to distill insightsIn order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:Four-year college or university degree.
