Make history with us.Job Title: Senior Manager, BeveragesDepartment: FinanceLocation: Camden, NJ (On-site)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Manager for our Beverages division. This role is pivotal in driving the financial success of our beverage category, partnering with the Category Lead, and acting as the CFO for the beverage business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to influence key decisions through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnership: Act as a key business partner to the Category Lead, providing financial insights and guidance, serving as a key player in the IBP process.P&L Ownership: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement from Gross Sales to EBIT, ensuring financial targets are met.AOP Planning: Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.OKR Delivery: Achieve category Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined.Strategic Projects: Lead or participate in strategic projects as needed.Monthly Close & Analysis: Oversee the monthly close process and perform variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.Financial Influence: Provide financial analysis to influence spend prioritization across innovation, supply chain and sales finance decision-making on trade spendROI Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to ensure effective ROI from trade and marketing expenditures.Transformational Leadership: Lead or participate in transformational projects impacting the division or enterprise.Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of finance experience with a proven track record of positively impacting business results.Preferred: MBA or CPA; experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with as a finance business partner Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Innovation.Skills:Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to influence decisions effectively and collaborate across teams.Experience in a highly matrixed organization.Demonstrated team leadership and engagement capabilities.Comfort with risk-taking and a strong belief in SMART goals and their organizational impact.Attributes We Value:Care: Demonstrates genuine concern for team members, stakeholders, and the impact of decisions on the broader organization.Character: Upholds the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all business dealings.Collaboration: Works effectively with others, fostering a team-oriented environment and building strong cross-functional relationships.Competitiveness: Driven to achieve high performance and results, with a focus on continuous improvement and overcoming challenges.Creativity: Brings innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to problem-solving and strategic planning.If you are a motivated finance professional with a passion for the beverage industry and a track record of driving business results through strategic financial management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunityCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
