So, we strive to make a difference in your life as well with the competitive pay and benefits you would expect from an industry leader, plus:Great starting pay rates and appreciation pay of $1.00/hour more every week if you work your scheduled shifts in that weekAnnual merit increasesExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision benefitsOvertime Availability401(k) matching and profit-sharing programsGenerous vacation package, sick days, and paid holidaysLegal service benefit available Company Paid term life and AD&D insuranceGreat potential for growth with internal promotionsTuition reimbursement program availablePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring the correct number of employees are in position to run the line.Delegate each employee their tasks for the day.Ensure all employees are working according to all Safety and GMP regulations.Responsible for sending employees to breaks and lunches.Inform supervisor of any inconsistencies.Train employees on GMP and Safety policies.Train employees on SOP’sConduct alchemy training.Inspect and document pre-operational safety and cleanliness.Monitor the assembly of equipment and be able help assemble and operate all equipment on the line.Test all equipment and inform maintenance of necessary repairs on the machinery prior to starting productionVerify and document that equipment is properly set up.Prepare necessary documentation for the day.Monitor and control machine settings as needed.Monitor and record product and process data to ensure compliance.Monitor, document, and take action on downtime.  Report any damage to or failure on equipment.·       Perform other duties as assigned.Required SkillsHS DiplomaBasic computer knowledge and be familiar with SAPMust be willing to work any shift assigned.Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
