Help us write the next chapter of Purina s historyAs Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead, coordinate and delegate activities within your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and champion safety and operating standards. You will be responsible for coaching, training and developing your team members all while executing daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance and repair work. You will also lead your team in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and continuously improve operations in the plant.The first severalmonths of this position will require travel for training purposes to other Nestl Purina factory locations. There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.Plan and provide technical guidance, coaching, training and support to team membersAssign daily work orders and ensure associates have proper tools and instructions needed to complete tasks in accordance with Nestl Purina standards of excellenceManage team schedule, time off requests, payroll approval, evaluations, discipline and developmentPromote safe work practices through modeling, training, observation and corrective action Utilize break down analysis to drive continuous improvementValidate integrity of maintenance data and communication provided by team members across all shiftsCoordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams in the factory and external contractors/vendorsDevelop strategies with Maintenance Manager for efficient operation of the department, including utilization of resource planning systems, inventory management, implementation of projects and budget modificationsREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ yearof people leadership experience3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environmentOTHERPrior to factory operational startup, must be willing to travel up to 50% for training purposes to other Nestl Purina factory locationsOnce the factorystarts up, the schedule will transition to a 2-2-3 format and the shift for this position will be 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 - $101,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
