Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC). Ensure delivery of care is compliant with the federal and state regulations.Qualifications* Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing education.* Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.* Must have at least one year experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).* Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Education and experience, preferred* Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.Requirements* Must possess a valid state driver license* Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law* Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition* Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions* Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare providerAdditional InformationEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
