Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Weekends are required.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include: Assist in managing the packaging department s work Conduct interviews when necessary Lead a team: delegate, instill a sense of responsibility, set targets, communicate instructions, control and listen Provide reports to management Apply well-defined standards in costs and budgets Record efficiency data Analyze and evaluate packaging parameters and implement corrective actions Propose technical and organizational improvements to management Monitors packaging material and their inventories Plan and schedule employees consistent with volume requirements Apply safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed Apply and enforce all quality programs Participate and recommend solutions to common quality issues Take action to continuously improve his/her process targets Other duties as assigned
