Lactalis, a leading dairy company, is seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the packaging team to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and budget plans.
  • Analyze packaging efficiency data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the packaging manager and assistant manager to optimize production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Apply safety protocols and participate in risk assessments to prevent occupational hazards.
  • Work closely with the quality and food safety team to maintain product quality and specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in dairy production and/or the food industry.
  • 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Stable work history and a strong track record of dependability.
  • Specialized knowledge of packaging equipment, processes, quality, food safety, and health and safety protocols.
  • Process management, collective line management, and computer/office systems skills.
