Job Title: Production Superintendent (Paperboard)Location: Charlotte, NCPosition Summary:The Plant Superintendent is responsible for the leadership, management, and technical problem solving of hourly employees to ensure safety, quality, waste, productivity, and training within the Converting of Paperboard products. Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operations of the facility to promote culture, organization, safety and efficiency.
• Instill strong organization pillars for process to achieve standardized operating for performance and quality.
• Create/manage day to day processes that track and ensure performance.
• Oversee hiring talent and build strong Supervisor Team.
• Ensure inventory is managed properly and at optimal levels.
• Strategize with Leadership to maximize profit.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Leadership experience with Paperboard or Corrugated Converting Operations in a Supervisor or Production Management capacity.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area.
