Regional Corporate Registered Dietitian for HHS, LLC
Starting salary $80,000 and BONUS ELIGIBLE
5+ years of clinical hospital management experience required
Travel required 50-75% of the time with the ability to travel to the southern region of the country including Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Arkansas
Must live in the vicinity of a major airport
Must be willing to relocate close to area of needed coverage above
Work for a company that you can grow withRegional Corporate DietitianMentor and train registered dietitians and clinical managers within an assigned region to ensure clinical competency and productivity. Work closely with corporate and regional RDs to improve corporate clinical nutrition programs. Support efforts to achieve a quality standard of care and improve patient satisfaction and safety. Ensure state and federal regulatory guidelines are adhered to for all aspects of clinical nutrition services. Responsibilities:Hire, train, and mentor registered dietitians and clinical nutrition managersMonitor dietitians’ individual competency for regulatory compliancePerform assessments and coach and counsel team members as neededMonitor staffing and productivity to ensure adequate clinical coverage Ensure processes are followed and initiate performance improvements within trouble areasCreate or maintain facility-specific menu cycles to meet individual patient nutritional needs per state and federal guidelinesGuide patient services team in patient safety and satisfactionComplete clinical and sanitation survey readiness audits and develop a plan of correctionAdhere to HHS and facility policies and proceduresRequirements:Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensed Nutritionist (LDN) or Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN), as required per state regulations5+ years of experience in a clinical management roleExpert knowledge of regulatory standardsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer programsAbility to travel 50% of the time within an assigned areaSkillsInterpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with individuals of all backgroundsCommunication: Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communicationCustomer Service: Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectationsProfessionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor Proactivity: Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and needsTeam Player: Willingness to provide support where needed to achieve outcomesBusiness Ethics: Demonstrate integrity, respect, and discretion in all business dealingsOrganization: Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferPaid time off (vacation and sick)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchEmployee assistance program (EAP)Employee resource groups (ERGs)Career development and ongoing trainingImportant to KnowTo comply with CMS mandates, all HHS employees working in healthcare must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption (medical or religious) upon start of employment.Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to workplace diversity and inclusion. Who is HHSHHS is a private, family-owned business dedicated to caring for its team members and providing honest, quality-driven service to its customers.
