We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsThe RN Manager of Wound Care assists with all department activity to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital.What you will do in this role: Assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. Ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluate the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Provide clinical support to the nursing staff. What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's preferredCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the state of practice requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire2 years of clinical leadership experience requiredWound Care experience highly preferredTriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is a 109-bed acute care hospital in Springfield Tennessee that is dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of Robertson County and the surrounding areas.
