We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wound Care team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. As a RN Wound Care PRN, you will play a vital role in the care and education of patients with wounds and injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with wounds and injuries, utilizing a variety of modalities, including negative pressure wound vacs, compression wraps, and dressing applications.
- Collaborate with other members of the patient care team to determine the best course of treatment and make recommendations for additional care or changes in treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on wound care, infection prevention, and pressure ulcer care.
- Create and manage care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
