Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Manager of Wound Care assists with all department activity to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital.
What you will do in this role:
- Assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluate the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
- Provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the state of practice required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- 2 years of related experience preferred
