Key Responsibilities:
- Document resident progress in the medical record
- Inform the physician of new skin condition issues, changes in skin conditions, and when skin conditions improve, documenting in the resident's care plan
- Develop, update, and modify care plans as necessary
- Adhere to Infection Control policies and procedures
- Assist with the admission and discharge processes of residents
- Engage in patient education, participate in Licensed Staff meetings, and contribute to facility/company training and educational initiatives
- Provide or assist in delivering education to staff on wound care protocols, treatments, and interventions
- Follow facility policies and procedures for the treatment and documentation of skin concerns
- A comprehensive job description, including all responsibilities and physical requirements, will be provided during the interview process upon request.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State or possess a multistate license recognized through the Nursing Compact Recognition
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
- Wound Certification preferred (WCC, WOCN)
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
