With integrity at the center of all we do, we know that when we support you and your community, you’ll change lives every day.Duties Include: As a Hospice Administrator, you will: Act as a liaison with the owner/governing body, including provision of reports as designated by the owner/governing bodyEnsure the implementation of the budgeting process and accounting system, as well as achievement of financial goalsManage information systems that support the operation of hospiceEnsure patient/family has access to appropriate management staff during all hours of operationEnsure that hospice employees are aware of the law and regulation that applies to their responsibilitiesEnsure an appropriate response to the findings of internal and external reviewsTo Qualify as a Hospice Administrator with us: A bachelor’s degree in nursing preferredExperience in business administration preferredHospice experience strongly preferredTraining and experience in healthcare administrationThree (3) years experience in health care management within the last five (5) yearsExperience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferredHeadquartered in Columbus, Ohio, our team is the largest franchise network within the Interim HealthCare family.
