As an Account Liaison, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, developing and implementing marketing plans, and increasing awareness of our Home Health and Hospice Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Collaborate with Executive Directors and Administrators to create sales plans that include forecasts, target accounts, contacts, and budgets to achieve objectives.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase awareness and interest in our services.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our Home Health and Hospice Services.
- Present to Organizations: Prepare and conduct presentations to organizations to increase awareness and interest in our services.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
- Experience: Five (5) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably to Hospitals and/or Nursing Homes.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable in Home Health and Hospice, experience in selling a service, and proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
