Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career-driven Program Manager to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD.As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a 200-person team engaged in Identity, Credential, Access, Management (ICAM) services.  You will be advancing Zero Trust Maturity through the User Pillar, leading a program providing engineering, software engineering, design, development, testing/evaluation, integration/deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle management.If you are a proactive and experienced Program Manager with a passion for leading large teams in ICAM services, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position. Join us in shaping the future of national security through cutting-edge IT solutions and contribute to the success of a critical and growing program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Directly contribute to program efforts, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.Ensure the successful execution of the contract, maintaining efficient and effective operations.Utilize expert communication skills to lead technical resources, report on progress, address issues, and write/review technical documents.Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract and review/approve financial reports.Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs.Work with higher-level program managers to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline to the Government, and review risk mitigation activities.Prepare program status reviews and other formal presentations for the Government Program Manager.Ensure timely recruitment and training of program staff, review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government.Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Manager transparently and in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.Basic Qualifications: Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.A bachelor’s degreeA minimum of (3) three years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.A minimum of (15) fifteen years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityDirect experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environmentKnowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DF ARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.Clearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizenMust hold a TS/SCI clearanceMust hold a polygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
