Requirement: DISA Program Management Analyst

Job Description:

Forge is seeking a qualified full-time program management analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) International Relations and Engagements Branch's Command and Control Interoperability (C2IP) program. DISA's mission is to conduct Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our nation.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

  • Provide program management support in the areas of Communications Security (COMSEC) and military standards (e.g., Tactical Data Links, Military Symbology)
  • Provide meeting support, including briefing/presentation materials, meeting minutes, action item tracking reports, talking points, background papers and action item follow- up support
  • Prepare and submit US guidance packages
  • Support the C2IP Symposium including event planning, organization, and facilitation
  • Organize and manage records on Microsoft SharePoint and other storage systems
  • Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard
  • Provide recommendations for tracking and reporting metrics and improvements to business processes
Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with DoD security clearance and DoD program management experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience supporting DoD
Highly Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience providing meeting support and creating related materials
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Experience with C2IP programs
Job: Full-time

Location: One day a week at Fort Meade, MD (DISA HQ), and remaining days remote from the National Capital Region

Salary Range: $70k-$80k/yr
