Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst II to join our team at Combat Bound LLC. As a Program Analyst II, you will play a critical role in supporting our program management team by analyzing financial execution and projection reports, liaising with government contract managers, and developing program-specific analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial execution reports from vendors, identify anomalies, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Program Management: Assist program managers in developing program documentation, including TTOs, Statements of Work, and Program Management Plans.
  • Reporting: Prepare biweekly execution reports, cost estimating reports, and contracts reports to track program status and identify areas of concern.
  • Resource Planning: Assist program managers in resource planning and tracking, including staffing and budgeting.
  • Presentations: Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • Experience: Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • Certifications: PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area.

Key Skills:

  • Financial Analysis: Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Program Management: Familiarity with Plan-It and other program management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
