Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Device Management Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. Role: SAP ISU Device Management Analyst Job Level: Senior Manager Location: Marana, AZ. Work from home - Hybrid. We are seeking an expert Functional Analyst for the role of Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability, including a solid background in ISU-Device Management. Role Summary: Lead and collaborate in the design of innovative IS-U Device Management (DM) processes by using the newest technologies to enable the improvement of business processes Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve. Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate IS-U DM with other tracks. Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the ISU-U DM module. Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of work Mentor less experienced consultants Lead project timelines, work, and customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases. Assist with other DM sales and marketing activities Proven track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.= Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP ISU DM Able to handle Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas. Demonstrate proficiency in SAP IS Utilities Device Management Showcase excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and budgeting This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
