Business ManagerTruFood is currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The position reports through the Director of Business Management, working closely with Sales, Commercialization, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance. This is a hybrid role of customer service, project coordination, and sales support providing relationship maintenance and account management for existing customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Process Improvement:Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables are within scope and budget.Filter inbound customer information.Leads weekly tactical meetings with customersAssist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews and project scope proposals.Manage cross functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver customer projects and process improvements.Provides customer service support to Directors of Business Management and other Business ManagersHas goals associated with existing customer retention and the overall Business Management Group sales targetsProduction Planning & Scheduling:Collaborate with customers to develop, distribute, and track production plans and schedules.Work with cross functional teams to address and resolve issues related to schedule changes, inbound raw materials, delivery schedules, and outbound finished goods.Reporting & Analysis:Measure and track account performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesGather, analyze, and monitor sales and production data to track and report on results.
