We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to identify and secure PLM software sales opportunities while growing existing accounts within the Northeast territory. This role requires a self-driven professional who excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, contributing directly to the success of the sales team and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new PLM software sales opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads within the company s target client base.
  • Follow up on qualified leads, documenting interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Conduct sales presentations via webinars, remotely, and on-site as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the Northeast region.
  • Proactively call and engage with prospects to qualify leads and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Facilitate discussions with technical teams and clients, presenting product demonstrations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Account Management, and Business Development teams to drive new business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, delivering informative and engaging presentations both online and in person.
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments in the PLM, Engineering, and IT sectors.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding sales activities and performance.

Required Competencies:

  • Expertise in PLM/ERP or similar software sales.
  • Previous experience with resellers of Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault Systems, or PTC is highly desirable.
  • Strong domain knowledge in PLM or ERP software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical proficiency and capacity to engage in discussions with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in PLM or software sales.
