Description

Robert Half's client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in the Washington, DC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge digital agency known for crafting innovative and high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise, and a strong digital design background to elevate their diverse portfolio of projects, including website design, social media marketing, and large-scale digital campaigns for leading brands. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design digital assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and other team members to develop visually compelling solutions for clients.
  • Ensure all designs are on-brand and optimized for various digital platforms and devices.
  • Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of the work.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers as needed.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, social, ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Experience with UX/UI design and creating responsive web layouts is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
  • Proven experience in creating advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphics and designs.
