Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer III to lead our graphic design strategy and team. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including end users, graphics engineers, and IT personnel. You will be responsible for adjusting team workflow based on industry advances and updated best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement graphic design strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
  • Collaborate with other graphic designers to ensure consistency and quality in design output.
  • Supervise and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or related discipline.
  • Experience using programming languages such as C, C++, C# and Java to develop graphical displays.
  • Current/active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
