Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develops, implements, and orchestrate the execution of project plans to operationalize key strategic initiatives including: (a) launching new products, (b) driving operational excellence and/or (c) creating a delightful experience for our patients and care teams. This includes creating detailed project plans, setting project milestones, and managing the overall project timeline.

· Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues that may impact project timelines.

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within project scopes and the broader organizational context.

· Uses data and problem-solving to identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline operational processes and/or drive efficient use of resources and materials.

· Recommends, communicates, and implements approved operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.

· Presents performance reports and metrics to the VP of Operations and other leadership.

· Identifies training needs and partners with training resources to develop and then deploy high quality training across Operations.

· Aligns and is committed to the company mission statement and culture.

· Leads with a servant attitude.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will offer:

· Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management or

· At least 3 years of experience in health care operations management in a clinic setting is required.

· Customer service, technical support, or back-office experience is preferred.
