Overview: The Strategic Delivery Specialist will be an important part of the GGB-Americas Strategic Business Engagement team, dedicated to supporting Gallagher’s strategy to grow through successful mergers and acquisitions. The Strategic Delivery Specialist will help a variety of business stakeholders as they work to prospect new merger partners, onboard post-close merger partners, and develop strategies to efficiently integrate merger partners into the broader Gallagher ecosystem.

How you'll make an impact: Working hand-in-hand with the M&A Communications Manager to support a wide range of M&A prospecting and integration activities, primarily through communication material development, updating, and distribution
Ensuring that Gallagher audiences are aware of new mergers, such as featuring merger partners in the CORE360® app or other digital channels
Analyzing the monthly New Merger Partner Pulse Survey results and integrating them into monthly results email
Maintaining M&A resource repositories in SharePoint, updating CLC welcome packs (decks, FAQs, communications timelines), and orchestrating all logistics for new merger partner testimonial videos
Aligning day-to-day work of M&A team to GGB-Americas strategy and priorities
Operationalizing strategies and plans initiated by GGB Americas teams to improve M&A outcomes, i.e., ensuring awareness and effective use of change management resources
Promoting awareness of M&A activities across GGB-Americas leadership audiences
Building slides and gathering content for quarterly GGB M&A Improvements calls, coordinating updates to GGB M&A materials, and resource guides for merger partners/principals
Supporting the creation of communication materials for virtual and in-person meetings and events, including meeting agendas, materials, brand-compliant creative assets, and on-site logistics

About you: Required:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

Requires 5+ years of communications and project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, English, public relations, marketing or related field of study.
Up to 10% travel
Strong communication skills to efficiently connect various stakeholders, both written and verbal. This includes a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as profiling new merger partners, synthesizing survey results, and updating key documents.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism is required for this role. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and have experience working with sensitive information in previous roles.
Demonstrate ability to seamlessly handle and prioritize a multitude of high—priority deliverables with precision.
Collaboration and teamwork: This role requires working closely with the M&A team and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills are necessary to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth operations across multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High degree of proficiency in M365 suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint and basic SharePoint functions.
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and new merger partners with a customer service approach, with a focus on providing excellent support and meeting the needs of others in a timely fashion
Familiarity with M&A processes and integration activities (terminology, concepts, and best practices related to mergers and acquisitions).
