Business Development Manager

The FRSTeam brand spans the US with over 50 locations serving the fabric restoration needs for families devastated by a smoke, fire, or water loss. FRSTeam was founded in 2006 and based on the service ethics and dedication to creating a positive customer experience of the original company, Custom Commercial Dry Cleaners. The thirteen company stores, now branded FRSTeam by Custom Commercial, share a corporate office in Hayward with the FRSTeam franchise corporate home office.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager will leverage excellent phone sales, presentation skills and the ability to spin sell like a champion in medium-sized groups and in one-on-one arenas. You will contribute strong B2B sales experience to help expand new markets and grow our organization. Must have an "all- hands-on-deck attitude", a willingness to pitch in and get things done. This position reports to General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a Full-Time, Exempt position. The basic functions of your position will include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate accounts/leads.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate a steady job count.
- Call on and present to medium sized groups and one-on-one, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate prices.
- Call on adjusters and contractors to develop relationships for future revenue streams.
- Expanding existing customers and building customer loyalty.
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and employment engagement initiatives.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through individual activities and activities of direct reports.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Previous experience in a sales representative role, preferably B2B, a plus
- One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
- Positive and Enthusiastic
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, presentation and social media skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to think "outside the box", communicate and sell new ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Salary $70,000 to $75,000 DOE plus commission
