Compensation Package:

  • $70 to $80 Per Regular Visit
  • $90 to $100 Per SOC Visit
  • $80 to $85 Per Evaluation Visit

Requirements:

  • Clear and Active License in Colorado
  • New Graduates Considered
  • Current and Active Driver’s License
  • Home Health Experience Preferred - Training Offered
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
  • Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Responsibilities:

  • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • 1 Saturday or Sunday Every 4 to 6 Weeks for Additional Compensation OR 1 Day Off
  • Working with Geriatric Patients
  • Using Matrix Care EMR and OASIS Documentation - Training Offered on Both
  • Seeing 5 Geriatric Patients Per Day in Their Home - Routes Are Coordinated Depending on Your Home Location
  • 1 to 2 Weeks of Onboarding/Orientation
  • Complies with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Speech Hearing and Language Association.
  • Evaluates patient speech and language abilities
