About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat children with communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other therapists, including occupational therapists and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech language pathology
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • ASHA CCCs and CO licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, including feeding experience
  • Strong passion for working with children and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
