Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will create personalized treatment plans to suit the individual needs of our diverse patient population, and work closely with patients and their families to educate them about speech disorders and their causes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and provide recommendations for further evaluation and treatment.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Active Speech Pathology License/Certification in the state of Colorado.
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Pathology or Audiology required.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
  • Adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
