Essential Functions for the Office Administrator:

  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Handling bank deposits and other financial transactions as necessary.
  • Sorting and sending out mail, including packages, letters, and documents.
  • Providing assistance and support to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with website updates, content management, and troubleshooting technical issues related to the company's online presence.
  • Processing incoming payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Digitizing physical documents for electronic storage and easy retrieval.


Preferred Requirements for the Office Administrator:

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Expert at multitasking
  • Proficient in clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled in using office software and basic office equipment, with potential familiarity in website management.
  • Experienced in providing top-notch service, adept at handling inquiries and resolving issues courteously.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Committed to teamwork and contributing positively to the success of the organization.
