A well-known hospital organization is hiring

Description:

  • Front desk of a Primary Care, seeing about 100-120 patients daily.

  • Supporting 3-4 doctors scheduling all of the patients.

  • Taking calls to schedule patient appointments in IDX and handling patients when the come in to register them, verify insurance, etc.

  • Schedule appointments in IDX - will be trained on this

  • 35% Taking in patients at the front desk, 55% Scheduling over the phone and taking calls, 10% On the phone with providers and insurance to find out information

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-HS Diploma

-1+ years of front desk clinic experience/healthcare

-Must have good customer service skills and patient care

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
