POSITION SUMMARY
The TTC Tour Brands Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing copy, graphics, and video content for digital and offline marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites, to support key tactical and always-on digital campaigns for our six brands across North America. The DCC should have a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and can produce content specific to the buying stages of awareness, consideration, and conversion.
This role would suit someone with strong social marketing knowledge, the ability to create concepts and execute visions based on business objectives, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and who knows how to ask the right questions to ensure our incredible brand stories shine in all marketing materials.
RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate and provide recommendations during creative brainstorming sessions related to messaging and visual content to support paid media channels and tactical campaigns
- Create content, inclusive of copy, visual graphics, and videos, for paid social and other paid digital channels like Google Performance Max and Demand Gen
- Support the North American marketing team with copywriting and proofreading, including but not limited to marketing emails (including subject line and pre-headers), website, organic social, blogs, direct mail, print ads, collateral designed for Travel Advisors, etc.
- Maintain a thoughtful customer journey across all assets created, by reviewing and providing content updates to websites, media landing pages, etc.
- Refresh key assets on a monthly basis (or as needed) based on trends, performance metrics, and recommendations from the Digital Paid Media team and overall learnings from the business and channels
- Collaborate with other creative production team members including designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce marketing materials
- Create thorough and detailed project briefs, maintain project updates within Monday.com, and manage reviews and approvals with efficiency, to ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and to the goal
- Interpret briefs that are assigned to understand project requirements and ask questions to seek clarification to ensure work produced achieves objectives
- Understand, maintain, and utilize platform tools like Smartly and AdLib to create templates for faster asset creation, testing, and automation
- Leverage the power of AI tools to create thought-starters for copywriting projects
- Provide regular updates on project statuses that are clear, confident, and concise to the Paid Media Marketing Manager, Digital Paid Marketing Team, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Senior Vice President of Marketing
- Liaise with other teams including the organic social team, brand managers, heads of marketing, and other regional team members to collaborate, align, and leverage our global resources for content creation
- Follow tone of voice and brand guidelines for all TTC Tour Brands, plus the parent company to create marketing materials that reflect the individuality of each brand
- Assist global teams in creating assets for all regions when needed or for the parent company
- Incorporate learnings, feedback, and business objectives into all content creation, identifying any previously created content that may need to be updated as a result of the new information
- Keep up-to-date with trends for various marketing channels to best create content for each platform
COMPETENCIES
- Proven copywriting, video, and graphic creation experience with a strong portfolio
- Content creation for the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work closely with the design and project management team to collaborate on ideas and concepts
- Proven ability to drive for results, in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Able to multi-task and effectively manage several projects at once
- Knowledge of video editing, design, channel platforms, and business tools, including storage solutions and communication platforms (Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, Smartly, Meta Business Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Bynder, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and organization/time management skills
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience with paid media copywriting, video editing and graphic design
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use project management tools like Monday.com to manage workload, project briefs, item status, and feedback to relevant team members.
- Ability to utilize web tools and in-house technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data.
- Prior use of Salesforce or other CRM is a bonus.

- Infrequent travel may be required
