Strategic Initiatives:Drive business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability, including SoGA across all segments. Distribution Strategies:Coordinate, design, and oversee distribution strategies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery. Performance Evaluation:Ongoing evaluation of segment and channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Rate Plans and Pricing:Design and drive the implementation of rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth. Marketing Campaigns:Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams. The Experience You'll Bring 10 or more years demonstrated experiences communicating and influencing at an executive level. This includes successful sponsorship leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with SVP+ level visibility and accountability. Extensive B2B experience, effectively driving business growth, fostering strong client relationships, and leading teams toward achieving strategic business objectives in the B2B sector.
