Requirements

Procurement Coordinator: This is where you come in. 

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing initial customer service communication and supporting the procurement team in its daily operations to meet overall goals. Your tasks will include data entry, document management and coordination of procurement activities. Your organizational skills and high attention to detail will contribute to the efficient execution of procurement operations. In return for achieving aggressive goals, you’ll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than you’ve probably ever had.   

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: 

  • Process assigned purchase orders with suppliers to ensure product availability and on time delivery.  
  • Identify and communicate invoice discrepancies, in partnership with Accounts Payable, to suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Assist in generating reports and analysis related to procurement operations, including data entry and document management. 
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities to support the team in maintaining effective procurement workflows. 
  • Strive to learn and take on additional tasks with a mindset towards personal growth, learning opportunities and skill development. 

The Procurement Coordinator role reports to Chester Curtis – Procurement Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits

Compensation: $25-$33 per hour
