We're seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in procurement, purchasing, and contract management. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting division, you'll drive strategic procurement initiatives, optimize costs, enhance supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and uphold ethical standards.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead and manage our procurement team, ensuring effective supplier selection, negotiation, and contract oversight. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Practices: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, evaluate suppliers, and implement best practices to minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Contract Law: Ensure compliance with contract law principles, negotiate contracts, and interpret terms to minimize risks and protect our interests.
  • Supplier and Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure productive collaborations and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make informed decisions to optimize costs and drive business growth.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, track performance, and inform strategic procurement decisions.
  • Project Management: Lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and coordinate resources to achieve timely and cost-effective results.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and contract management, with 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,100 - $134,400 per year, based on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
