As Marketing Programs Manager for the Health Payer market, you will be responsible for the creation and management of marketing/ demand generation programs for InterSystems in North American. Activities includes creative campaign management of web-based marketing, social selling, tradeshows, webcasts, search, direct & email and management of all tasks related to these activities, focusing the Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly targeted marketing programs across complex audience segmentation that enhance the visibility and growth of InterSystems products within the healthcare vertical, specifically the payer market. Focus on crafting and managing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms including web-based marketing, social selling, and direct email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Product Marketing, Business Unit, Product, and Sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans. Provide tactical and creative support from planning through implementation and gather feedback to refine future strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-touch programs for prospect engagement and lead nurture, ensuring these initiatives effectively move leads through the marketing funnel and into the sales pipeline.
- Create and execute pre-and-post event marketing programs in collaboration with SMEs that utilize tradeshows, roundtables and webinars as primary tool for demand generation.
- Manage distribution and promotion of internal and external marketing pieces such as ads, brochures, direct mail, newsletters, website and other marketing materials. Collaborate with Product Marketing and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor and report on results including campaign effectiveness, lead progression, web traffic, and industry trends
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors to ensure that marketing objectives are met within budget and quality standards.
- 5-7+ years of health payer market experience (marketing to or within the payer market) relating to the above responsibilities
- Experience in software/high tech industries within the healthcare vertical.
- Agency experience a plus
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools (Pega CRM, Power BI, HubSpot, Monday.com)
- Ability to add value to the creative process, and bring ideas through to completion
- Ability to work in a team environment with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing. Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities
- Travel to industry and sponsored events as needed (about 10%)
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum), MBA a plus
