Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development | Lead Generation Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, lead generation, and networking, particularly on LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who has previously worked in Sales or as a Full Desk Recruiter in the staffing industry. As a Business Development | Lead Generation Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. There is no cold calling in this position, you will simply utilize LinkedIn to discover and explore business opportunities and connect with qualified candidates to fill our openings. There is unlimited upside to this position as we are a small team looking to grow and expand quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients using LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Research and gather information on prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Business Development:
- Engage with potential clients to introduce Dayfoxx Resources' services and value propositions.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to address their staffing challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to refine and improve lead generation and business development strategies.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation and business development activities in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of lead generation and business development efforts.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and networking, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Previous experience in Sales or as a Full Desk Recruiter in the staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, particularly in IT Systems and HR Systems technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
