We are looking for a seasoned and highly capable Lead SAP SuccessFactors Technical Specialist to engage in a variety of external projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the effective integration, implementation, and intricate configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS/HCM. This individual should have substantial HRIS experience and showcase proficiency in utilizing SAP SuccessFactors functionalities to enhance HR processes.
Compensation: $30/hr. to $75/hr.

Dedicated to the continuous identification and utilization of every potential system enhancement, aligning best infrastructure practices, streamlining workflows, and automating processes.
Implementation Project Manager
Leading successful implementation strategies by fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and advocacy throughout the process as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). Capable of overseeing and managing all implementation workstreams, deliverables, and action items.
Integrations
From evaluating technical requirements to hands-on configuration of system components, to comprehensive field analysis, delivering an advanced level of integration efforts to internal and external teams.
Configuration
Primary hands-on operator within the solutions design team. Able to swiftly analyze and troubleshoot system errors and exceptions independently, driving quicker organizational responses and significantly reducing costs associated with outsourcing to third-party SAP SuccessFactors vendors.
Workforce Management
Overseeing scheduling, timekeeping, time clock configuration, badges, leave management, vacation and sick accrual, state-by-state compliance, HR transactional events, system XML forms creation, and mobile applications.
Analytics and Reporting
Formal establishment of the reports library, promotion of data integrity, and regular audits. Demonstrating critical thinking, the ability to analyze large datasets, translate data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations to management.
Compensation, Learning, and Performance
Capability to configure all performance, sales bonus, and merit plans, including providing guidance and planning of necessary field elements and ensuring smooth integration from performance elements. Configuring learning plans, calendars, and content.
General Ledger
Extensive GL accounting responsibilities, from planning, discovery, design, and deployment to integrations between HRIS, ERP, and accounting systems. Collaborating with Finance teams to audit and review account mapping concerning cost centers, direct/indirect labor, etc., as they relate to Payroll. Establishing Ad Hoc reporting in this area to ensure ongoing compliance.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or Computer Sciences is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated SAP SuccessFactors experience in completing multiple implementation, configuration, and integration projects solely in a technical capacity.
Ability to work independently, addressing clients' technical requirements, and configuring those requirements to align with expectations.
Capability to drive discovery, seek clarification, and guide and mentor clients towards a best practices outcome.
Prior experience with Workday, Dayforce, or UKG is beneficial but will not substitute for the required SAP SuccessFactors experience for this role.
Must possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate and present characteristics and nuances in SAP SuccessFactors to both advanced users and novices.
