We are seeking a Mid-level IT Support Technician to join our team in supporting the Navy at NAWS China Lake, CA. The candidate will provide desk-side IT support, troubleshooting and repairing IT devices while assisting junior technicians in resolving complex issues and managing customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
  • Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and use basic hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels

Pay Range: $28.91/hr.
