Role Summary

Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a knack for critical thinking? Ready to shift gears from traditional accounting roles? Ourisman Automotive Group is looking for an innovative accounting leader to join our Compliance Department. We value creative minds and proactive leaders who can communicate effectively, train with compassion, and tackle challenges independently. While autonomy is key, this role also thrives on collaboration with our Compliance and Operations teams. If you're ready to drive change and lead with impact, we want you on our team.

More about the role
  • Oversee daily reporting management and maintenance in, provide actionable data for leadership to make data-driven decisions.
  • Design, implement, and manage accounting projects of various scopes.
  • Manage accounting and vehicle specification in Reynolds & Reynolds for process standardization, automation, and efficiency.
  • Attend weekly team meetings at Honda of Tysons, to discuss project updates, solutions to roadblocks, and general brainstorming. Consideration of all project aspects are evaluated.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
What we look for
  • At least 2 years of automotive accounting office management experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds preferred but not required.
