We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in support of Information System Support services for Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project team comprised of Information Assurance Support Lead, RMF Manager, Local Registration Authority Personnel (LRA) and Configuration Manager and ensure the project team members only perform work that is within the scope of the contract.
  • Coordinate and manage the project work including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress. Project task areas include Configuration Management, Information Operations (reducing security vulnerabilities and maintaining information assurance compliance), Vulnerability Management, Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Communication Security (COMSEC).
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Interact with the government customer for all things related to the contract and shall ensure performance of all project work related to the contract.
  • Work through the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) or the Contracting Officer (KO) if a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) is not assigned to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services.
  • Administratively research, track and document concurrent efforts of Risk Management, Local Registration, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Cyber Policies, Cyber Reports, and mitigation efforts.
  • Provide a single point of contact to assist in the development, organization, Implementation, and maintenance of Information Assurances SharePoint communication pages.
  • Develop an operations security (OPSEC) Plan and provide it to the COR or KO within 90 calendar days of contract award to be reviewed and approved by the responsible Government OPSEC officer, per AFI 10-701, Operations Security.
  • Communicate regularly with government customer to provide updates on project progress, budget, resource plans, risks, and issues, and produce and provide the Quality Control (QC) plan and Project Monthly Reports to the COR.
  • Work with the project team to develop and provide the following reporting to the government customer - Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Scans (Vulnerability Management), Monthly Communications Security (COMSEC) Destruction, Semi Annual COMSEC inspection report, Semi Annual Emissions Security (EMSEC) status report, RMF findings reports, Classified Message Incident Report, Protective Distribution System Operational Weekly Report, Time Compliance Network Order (TCNO) / Military Technical Order (MTO) / Notice to Airman (NOTAM) Monthly Status Report and Quarterly Secure Voice Responsible Officer (SVRO) Training.
  • Conduct regular reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure that the project meets the desired level of quality.
Requirements:
  • Managing projects requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience. Must have experience in Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) field of operations and understand Air Force networks.
  • Excellent communications (both written and spoken) including customer support.
  • A high level of security clearance is required for this position. An active Secret security clearance is required.
