SUMMARY:


The Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager will manage all contracts and federal contractor compliance in coordination with the LinTech management and the Dexian DISYS Chief Legal Officer.


This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid short-term disability, voluntary life insurance, unlimited paid time off, etc.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparation and review of all LinTech contracts, amendments, and work orders, including standard forms.

· Ability to interpret terms of a contract, identify risk, and communicate terms concisely and in their own words.

· Management of contract workflow and processes including preparation of contract overviews; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

· Manages LinTech Federal contractor compliance programs in coordination with LinTech executive management and Dexian DISYS Legal Dept.

· Understands functions of all LinTech departments to make effective decisions and recommendations.

· Actively participates in team meetings and leads discussion.

· Oversees LinTech contracts processes, files, reporting and compliance and serves a resource to LinTech management with respect to contracts


QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should have:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

· 4+ years total Federal Contracts / Compliance experience

· Very strong reading comprehension skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proactive, collaborative, positive
