St. Joseph's Regional School in Beltsville Maryland is seeking an Office Manager.

St. Joseph Regional Catholic School Office Manager provides secretarial and administrative support to the principal, communicating information to students, parents, staff, and the Archdiocese of Washington ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and administrative requirements and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, teachers, and support staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works with the school and parish staff securing the availability of facilities and equipment.
  • Processing a variety of fiscal information, incoming invoices, requisitions, reimbursements, student tuition and fees, statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • The job requires skills as a Grant coordinator, working with several State, Federal and private agencies along with the ADW to secure funding for tuition, equipment, supplies and facility upgrades.
  • Ordering the textbooks through the Maryland Nonpublic Student Textbook Program.
  • Maintain confidentiality working with the administration and school records.
  • Lastly, as the “Protecting God’s Children” coordinator for the school, you will help promote the protection and rights of all children and ensure a safe environment. Candidate must agree to live and work according to the Tenants and Canon Law of the Catholic Church.
