The Administrative Manager plays a critical role in helping the business to run efficiently. This individual will serve as the direct assistant to the President, coordinating calendars and completing other assigned and self-initiated task. The individual will also provide administrative support to other managers as needed for special events, bridal and buying.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative assistance, such as mailings, office organization, emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Maintains an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts, lists, and any other pertinent information.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering as needed.
  • Manage the executive calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality of information related to the company, its employees and leadership.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights and hotel accommodations.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist with budget preparations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years as administrative assistance
  • Proficient computer skills MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pass drug test and criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
